The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is dedicated to strengthening America’s long-term competitiveness. We educate the public on the conditions necessary for business and communities to thrive, how business positively impacts communities, and emerging issues and creative solutions that will shape the future. The U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Center for Education and Workforce (CEW), through its research, programs, and policy on education and skills training, mobilizes the business community to be more engaged partners, challenge the status quo, and connect education and workforce reforms to economic development. CEW is focused on closing the nation’s skills gap by better connecting youth and adult learners to the many career opportunities available to them in the growing and dynamic economy. We work to engage the employer community to improve their approach to finding, sourcing, and upskilling the talent they need to compete in the modern economy, while also creating equitable pathways to opportunities for learners and workers.
