The RON Annual Convening 2023 took place in Bentonville, Arkansas from December 7-8.
This convening featured an interactive session with Walmart business leaders, shared-learning spaces, breakout groups, and networking.
The convening focused on accelerating economic opportunity for frontline workers through a skills-based talent marketplace. Our guiding question was, “What are the keys to unlock mobility in this talent marketplace?”
