Opportunity@Work’s mission is to rewire the labor market to better recognize and value the millions of Americans who do not have a 4-year degree but are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs). We seek to expand the career pathways available to STARs by encouraging employers to remove unnecessary degree requirements from their job postings; building technology-enabled solutions that help employers find, evaluate and recruit STARs; and partnering with leading companies to advance their own STAR-related initiatives.
