RON 1 Blue Square

A Collaborative Convening to Connect People, Practices, and Possibility

How do we best prepare employees for the future of work?

Despite growing investment in skills-first practices, the workforce ecosystem remains fragmented. Employers, workers, training providers, funders, and tech platforms often work in parallel—each advancing solutions, but rarely in sync. This siloed approach limits impact, creates inefficiencies, and leaves opportunity on the table for job seekers, employees and employers.

To build truly inclusive and responsive workforce systems, we must break down silos, center collaboration, and leverage the tools, insights, technology, and resources that already exist. This requires coordinated action across the full ecosystem—aligning employer practices, worker pathways, technology infrastructure, and community investments to create scalable, people-centered, tech-enabled solutions that unlock opportunity and mobility.

Register now to join other leaders in designing a more inclusive, human-centered, tech-enabled, and skills-based future.

We want to acknowledge that this year’s convening overlaps with Rosh Hashanah. We sincerely regret this oversight and understand it may impact some community members’ ability to attend. We are committed to doing better in the future by ensuring event dates do not conflict with major religious or cultural observances.
